Mastering your diet


 
In terms of transforming your body composition to one that is more lean and muscular nutrition is one of the most important aspects. In fact up to around 80% of your results will depend on the food you choose to eat.
 

As simple as it sounds on the surface staying on top of your diet is probably one of the most challenging areas, this is due to the fact that it requires ALOT of discipline to avoid the temptation to eat the chocolate, crisps or whatever it is that makes you weak at the knees. Not only that it can be difficult to know which foods to eat, calculating the calorific content and knowing how to make delicious healthy meals.
 

 
For this reason the course provides you with all the nutritional information you need to know (such as how to count calories and form your shopping list etc), whilst providing a digital dietician system that automatically tracks the calories for you and provides the macro-nutrient breakdowns required to achieve your goals.
