Getting you ‘fighting fit’


 
The aim of this course is to prepare your body physically so that it is able to effectively compete in a 3 x 2 minute round boxing event. Ultimately this will mean training and pushing the body so that it can endure that high pace of boxing rounds.
 
Everything you will be taught in this course is based around functional fitness and strength and conditioning. This means that the training is designed for specific purposes (such as increasing punch power) rather than just general fitness for the sake of it.
 
If your thought you were fit before, by the end of this course you will truly understand what it means to be ‘fighting fit’!!!
