Equipment needed


 
For a lot of the training you need absolutely no equipment at all… but once you get further along then you will need…

  • Boxing Gloves
  • Handwraps
  • Punch bag (Hanging or free standing)
  • Skipping rope
  • Floor/Yoga matt (for circuit exercises)
  • Weights or gym access (for strength exercises)
