Building the ultimate boxers physique


 
Lets face it, having a toned physique is something that many people desire. By following the guidance and methods set out in this course you will be on track to sculpting the dream body you always desired!
 

In order to develop the ultimate boxers physique, you will need to know and implement the following:
 

1.) Lose as much body fat as possible – this will be through a combination of calorie burning workouts and reduced calorie intake with your diet.
 

2.) Increase muscle size and lean muscle mass – this will involve strength training with weights.
 

3.) Maintain a suitable diet that meets your calorific requirements – Around 80% of your results come from having the correct diet, we will calculate your basal metabolic rate and calorie target to achieve this.
 

This is by no means a quick and easy overnight ‘fix’ but a process which followed and maintained will ensure lasting results and ones that are constantly improving. The most important aspect is that you stick with the routine and ensure consistency in the beginning. Once you have got through the first couple of weeks and built new habits will be when you are truly on the path to your new toned physique.
