Thank you to everyone that has messaged me happy birthday today, its much appreciated! Today I turn 40 and it has actually really made me reflect on my life and especially the past decade or so. I entered my 30’s having an MMA fight and the next 10 years were colourful to say the least! I look back and think that whilst I might not have been as successful as I wanted to be, with many things not working out as I hoped, if I had never tried I would never have experienced the amazing things I did. Ive been a boxer, a promoter, a cameraman, a coach, had my own gym and whatever else took my fancy. I also like to think ive helped a lot of people along the way to be the best version of themselves that they can be too. The main lessons I have learned, to anyone else younger out there is this. Live life to your fullest, don’t let fear hold you back, but make sure you value and keep close to you those who mean the most, because at the end of the day, when shit hits the fan, they are the ones who will be there for you, and you never know how much longer you have them for. But most importantly never give up on your dreams and don’t let anyone hold you back. I might be 40, but im still 18 in my heart, Age is but a number, so on to the next chapter… watch this space #beawarrior 🥊💪😁

A great end to the year with this young person completing their 6 month mentoring program. He was initially referred via the Youth offending team as part of an early intervention program to reduce offending. He has kept out of trouble since, is back in school and now DJ’in at the weekends with his uncle. Great steps forwards and a brighter future for this young man #beawarrior 🥊💪😁
