The Boxing Evolution summer camp is mainly focused on working with males and in particular male youths, it uses boxing as the hook to gain rapport from the participants, this in turn facilitates trust and respect, which when gained, opens the door to endless possibilities.

However the Boxing Evolution course is just as effective at helping anybody whatever they want to achieve.

      The Lessons

The junior senior lessons consist of 30 minutes boxing theory and 1 hour of practical boxing skills.
The childrens lessons consist of 1 hour boxing skills sessions only and are based around the Boxing Evolution Junior philosophy.

The theory section is based on the Boxing Evolution course and the practical skills are based around the A.B.A boxing award scheme, which is accredited with ASDAN, and also leads onto a GCSE in boxing.

The intention of this camp is to help provide a solution to the problem of young people having nothing to do, whilst at the same time help provide a solution to the current climate of gang related gun and knife crime and just crime in general by inspiring and encouraging young people to aim for something better in their lives by focusing on the positive rather than the negative.

The camp is also be excellent for things such as fitness, co-ordination, speed and agility, weight loss and also helps to develop higher self esteem, confidence, discipline, and social inclusion too name but a few.
