Boxing classes

Boxing sessions are based around the A.B.A Boxing Award scheme and the Boxing Evolution boxing potential course. 1 on 1 sessions available.

Here is a clip of the exercise routine done for the warm up known as a ‘ton up’ or 100 exercises.

You will also get the opportunity to train with amazingly talented Proffesional boxers such as Yassine ‘the Showman’ Elmaachi, attend club social events such as trips to boxing matches and other excusions such as travelling to other boxing clubs round the country to train.

Boxing classes take place in the Boxing gym at Royals ABA in Maidenhead.

The sessions are for people aged 12+

Tuesday: 6.30pm – 8pm (S)

Thursday: 6.30pm – 8pm (S)

Saturdays: 4pm-5pm Sparring and open training (Invite only)

Boxing sessions are paid for monthly:

£35 (Not including saturdays)

(The first session is free, then the first month can be paid for per session @ £5 per session, after that it is either £7 per session or £35 per month)
